Description

With these holders your records become a wall that feels as much music as design. The cover rests on the holder, so you simply lift it off when you want to play the record and put it back afterwards.

  • Two holders in every pack, one per record
  • Available in black and white
  • Each holder mounts with two self adhesive strips, included
  • Holes for screws if you would rather screw them in. Screws are sold separately
  • Moving? Or want to rearrange them? Refill packs with new strips are available here on the site

How it holds

Holds your records
Each holder is designed for one kilo, which is one sleeve with room to spare. How firmly it grips varies a little with the surface.

Works on your wall
The holders sit on almost any wall. Concrete has worked very well, and ordinary wooden walls too. Wallpaper works as well, but it is the surface that needs the most care when you take the holder down again.

Take them down whenever you like
Pull the tab straight up. The release is built to let go as gently against the wall as an adhesive product can. Take it slowly, especially on wallpaper.

Mounting

  1. Wipe the wall
A damp cloth is enough. It removes dust so the adhesive strips stick properly.
  2. Attach the strips to the holder
Peel off the protective film and press the two included adhesive strips onto the back of each holder.
  3. Place the holders where you want them
Press them against the wall and hold for a few seconds.
  4. Done!
Insert your vinyl records and enjoy. A stylish wall in just a few minutes.

Our own trick for a dead straight row
Hold a wooden batten against the wall and place the holders along its edge. That gives you a straight row without measuring. The batten should be at least 1.5 metres, preferably 2, in any case long enough to span the whole row you are putting up. No batten at home? A piece of masking tape works just as well as a guide line. You do not have to do this, the holders usually end up fine anyway, but it makes mounting a good deal easier.

How we thought about the design

Designed by us, now in its third generation
We design and make the holders ourselves. The first version was considerably smaller. We soon noticed it needed to be bigger and hold more firmly, and so generation two arrived. Then we saw that it could be even more stable and at the same time kinder to the wall, which resulted in the third generation you are looking at now.

What we wanted to achieve
A holder that holds firmly but is kind to the wall, that needs no drilling, and that lets you swap covers and play your records naturally.

Why vinyl on the wall
We believe vinyl records give a home something few other interior details do. Nothing is as personal as your music.

Manufacturing
The holders are made and packed by us in Gothenburg, in Swedish plant based plastic. We have sold more than 10,000 vinyl holders, and today they sit on walls all over Sweden and the Nordics.

Shipping and returns

Free shipping
On orders from 52 EUR within Europe, and from 499 SEK within Sweden, we cover the shipping.

Delivery time
We ship all orders within 3 business days. The exact delivery time depends on your country and is shown on our shipping page.

Try them on the wall for 60 days
Put the holders up and see how the wall feels for a few weeks. If it is not what you pictured, send them back within 60 days and get your money back. We pay the return shipping, and you do not have to explain why.

This is not a standard returns policy. The packaging can be opened and the holders can have been on the wall. The whole point is that you get to see how your records look in your own home.
