On orders over 399 SEK within Sweden, we offer free shipping.

Delivery time

All orders placed with us are shipped within 3 business days via PostNord as a letter. After that, it takes an average of 1-2 business days for the package to be delivered.

Returns

You can make a return on your order at any time within 14 days.

Why didn't I receive a tracking number?

Since we send all our orders as letters via PostNord, there is no tracking number. However, this is a fast and convenient option that in most cases ensures that the packages are delivered directly to your mailbox.

Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase! This means that if you are satisfied with your product, you can keep it, but if you still feel like returning or exchanging it, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 days. To return or exchange your product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it and it must be in its original packaging.

If you want to proceed with a return, please email us directly at practicalnorth@gmail.com. In the email, state the reason for your return and the order number. After receiving confirmation from us, you can then send your package back to the address provided in our reply email. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
