Shipping & Returns

Shipping and delivery

We ship all orders within 3 business days.

• Orders within Sweden are delivered to your door by Budbee or Early Bird, or to a parcel shop with Bring. You choose at checkout.
• Orders to other countries are delivered to the recipient's door. In almost every case the parcel comes all the way home, without you having to collect it from a pickup point.

On orders above a certain amount we cover the shipping:

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with postal handling and local conditions.

Try them on the wall for 60 days

Put the holders up and see how the wall feels for a few weeks. If it is not what you pictured, send them back within 60 days and get your money back. We pay the return shipping, and you do not have to explain why.

This is not a standard returns policy. The packaging can be opened and the holders can have been on the wall. The whole point is that you get to see how your records look in your own home.

How to make a return

1. Write to us at info@wallartrecords.com. Describe your case and give your order number.
2. Once we have seen your email we create a return and send you a shipping label you can use. The refund then follows automatically.

Longer over Christmas

We know how hard it can be to find the right Christmas present. Orders placed between 1 November and 31 December can be sent back all the way until 1 February, which is longer than the 60 days. We pay the return shipping then too.
