We ship all orders within 3 business days.

Orders within Sweden are sent as trackable letters with PostNord.
Orders within and outside the EU are sent as non-traceable letters, which is a fast and convenient way to deliver our products. In almost all cases, the letter is delivered all the way to the recipient's home.

For orders over a certain amount, we offer free shipping:

Returns

You can return your order at any time within 14 days.

Returns

With us, you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase! This means that if you are satisfied with your product, you can keep it, but if you still feel that you want to return or exchange it, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 days. To return or exchange your product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.

If you want to make a return, email directly to practicalnorth@gmail.com. In the email, state the reason for your return and your order number. After receiving a confirmation from us, you will then send your package back to the address that will be provided in our response email. Please note that you are always responsible for the shipping cost for returns.
