Mounting
How do I attach my self-adhesive vinyl holders to the wall?
Remove the protective film on the underside. Then place the vinyl holder vertically (like an I) and press firmly so the adhesive gets a proper grip on the wall.
How do I attach my screw-on vinyl holders to the wall?
First check what type of wall you have. Screws suited to that wall type are recommended, so ask your local hardware store for help finding the right ones. Then simply screw the vinyl holder to the wall vertically (like an I).
How do I attach the record to the holder?
With the holder on the wall, place the record on the screw and the raised part on top of the vinyl holder. Then screw on the black nut.
Any tips for getting straight rows?
Yes. Hold a wooden batten against the wall and place the holders along its edge, and the row comes out straight without measuring. The batten should be at least 1.5 metres, preferably 2, in any case long enough to span the whole row you are putting up. No batten at home? A piece of masking tape works just as well as a guide line.

What shipping options do you have?
Within Sweden you choose at checkout between home delivery with Early Bird or Budbee, and pick up at a parcel shop with Bring. To other countries the order is delivered to the recipient's door.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, from 499 SEK within Sweden. The amounts for other countries are listed on the Shipping & Returns page.
How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders within 3 business days. Within Sweden delivery then takes 1 to 4 business days on average. Delivery times for other countries are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Returns
How long do I have to change my mind?
60 days. Put the holders up and see how the wall feels for a few weeks. If it is not what you pictured, send them back within 60 days and get your money back.
Does the packaging have to be unopened?
No. This is not a standard returns policy. The packaging can be opened and the holders can have been on the wall. The whole point is that you get to see how your records look in your own home.
Who pays the return shipping?
We do. You do not have to explain why you changed your mind either.
How do I make a return?
Write to us at info@wallartrecords.com. Describe your case and give your order number. Once we have seen your email we create a return and send you a shipping label you can use. The refund then follows automatically.
Is anything different over Christmas?
Yes. Orders placed between 1 November and 31 December can be sent back all the way until 1 February, which is longer than the 60 days.
