🛠️ How to mount The Album Shelf – step by step:

Wipe the wall

Even a clean-looking wall can have dust or residue that affects adhesion. Use a damp cloth and let the surface dry fully before applying the shelf.

Measure the height

If you're mounting multiple shelves, use a tape measure or a level to make sure they’re aligned. Pro tip: stretch a string between two marked points and secure it with tape – this gives you a clear guide to follow.

Press the shelf into place

Remove the protective film from the back and press the shelf firmly against the wall. Hold it for a few seconds so the adhesive can bond properly.

💬 How strong is the self-adhesive backing?
"It depends on the surface, but on a clean and wiped concrete wall, the shelf can hold up to 2 kg. Important, always wipe the wall before installation – even a seemingly clean wall can have dust."

💬 How do I take down the shelf without damaging the wall?
Turn the shelf carefully parallel to the wall instead of pulling it straight out. A video on how to do this can be found here.

💬 Can I reuse the shelf if I take it down?
Yes! Just replace the self-adhesive backing – we recommend Tesa Powerbond Ultra Strong.

En tom vägg som blev väldigt trevlig på bara några minuter. Jag valde att ta ur skivorna från omslagen då en hållare släppte från väggen ganska snabbt av tyngden från skivan.
